I just thought I’d drop you a message to say thank you for helping me out when I purchased a new gas block and harmonic stabilizer for my Mini14. I installed it with ease after talking to you on the phone and I greatly appreciate you taking the time to walk me through a couple questions I had. I also purchased the new upgraded spring and buffer blocks. It all went together as advertised and I took the rifle to the range. Historically the rifle was shooting all over the place. 3-4” groups as if I was shooting with my eyes closed.
I used some cheap ammo (62 gr PMC M855, 5.56) both before I added the new components and after I installed them to give an accurate before/after. On the range I first sighted my scope in at 100, then adjusted the gas block until it stove-piped, then backed it off to a nice ejection distance of about 5’.
My shot groups at 100 yards are down to about 1.5”-2” consistently. At 50 yards I can get 1” groups consistently. All this with the factory barrel (SN 582…).
Thank you for your help and making some very solid products. Your customer service is second to none in an industry that is notoriously difficult to get help in. Your products are amazing and have improved my rifle beyond my expectations. I had not felt I was going to ever get this rifle to shoot well and I was proved wrong.
Kevin ZimarikI got the Gen 4 .625 gas block installed, really easy to do by the way. That thing is absolutely awesome! Even with the suppressor attached you can feel quite a difference in the way the gun handles, the op rod, the way the brass ejects, etc. Before installing your product the gun would eject brass so violently that it would actually dent the casing on the charging handle and throw the brass 20 ft haha. Now it ejects the brass about 6 ft.

Carl, thank you again for your patience building the AR 10 6.5 creedmoor upper. lt shoots flawlessly with your side charging work and each time l see the red rear charger l'm reminded of the lambs blood on the door posts to protect all occupants with in. l'm blessed to have this build that loves the hornady 120 gr cx ammo you tested, amazed at how much that ammo loves your build...

My mini-14 Target that you two transformed for me has proven to be a great hunter in the “closer-in” timber and fields (see lower picture) of NC and northern Alabama (where I do my whitetail deer hunting)!I have a tactical Mini-14 (lower rifle in top picture) I would love to send for a RE-barrel/rebuild similar to the last one.
I have a LOT of questions and interest based on today’s review of your website — the bottom line is I would like to replace with- a heavy barrel, 75-1”,
- longer, 18-20”,
- thread the barrel
- (biggest question here?), in .300 Ham’r.
- new BEDDED stock, (see 2 pics below)
Tested the new Extended pin for my Mini 30 and didn’t have a failure with steel cased Tula ammo. Also didn’t notice the clamp sliding after applying silicone gasket sealer. Looks like I’m all set! Certainly getting better groups at 50 yards, but the mini-30 is by no means a highly accurate rifle. It is however usable now. Recoil also isn’t bruising my shoulder now. Thanks for your help.
